Our new line of corrosion-resistant USA Lab UVP-34 2-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps delivers dependable performance, high pumping speeds of 34 CFM and deep ultimate vacuum levels down to 0.3 microns. Engineered for demanding laboratories and process environments, these pumps are ideal for short path distillation, vacuum ovens, drying, degassing, and general vacuum applications.
The UVP-34 vacuum pump includes a factory-installed exhaust oil mist filter, large oil reservoir, and corrosion-resistant pump vanes designed to handle aggressive vapors. With a 3-phase 240V power supply, integrated check valve to prevent back-flow, and low-noise operation with vibration-dampening feet, these pumps provide long-term reliability and stable vacuum performance shift after shift.

With the gas ballast closed, the UVP series achieves an ultimate total pressure of approximately 4×10-2 Pa (3.0×10-4 Torr), or about 0.3 micron. With the gas ballast open, the final pressure is approximately 8×10-1 Pa (6×10-3 Torr), or about 6 micron, providing flexibility for different processes and vapor loads.
