The USA Lab Scientific Freeze Dryer is a laboratory-scale freeze drying system designed for controlled and repeatable drying applications. The USA-SFD-8 features eight stainless steel shelves, a powerful cold trap capable of reaching -35°C, and a 6-liter ice holding capacity for batch processing up to 2-3 gallons.
An LCD touchscreen controller provides convenient operation with customizable recipes, controllable freezing temperature and freezing rate, and adjustable shelf temperature during the drying cycle. Shelf heaters can also be controlled to help manage the sublimation rate for different laboratory drying requirements.
The USA-SFD-8 includes the USA-VPD-280 vacuum pump, KF25 vacuum connection hardware, and eight stainless steel shelves. Its transparent polycarbonate construction provides easy viewing of the process, while the UL Listed SECOP compressor supports stable and reliable operation.
