USA Lab Spray Dryer 5L

The USA Lab Spray Dryer 5L is a high-capacity spray drying system engineered to convert aqueous solutions and suspensions directly into uniform micro-powders. With an evaporation capacity of 5000 ml/h and a 10.0 kW heating system, it is designed for larger-scale laboratory, pilot, and industrial processing applications.

The spray drying process dissolves, emulsifies, or disperses the core substance in a carrier solution before atomizing it into fine droplets. Heated air rapidly dries the droplets, while a cyclone system separates and collects the resulting solid particles. The system combines a 0.7 mm pneumatic atomization nozzle with an electric centrifugal dual-fluid atomizer for controlled particle formation.

Built with 316L stainless steel contact components, 3.3 borosilicate glass, and PTFE seals, the 5L spray dryer provides durable materials for demanding applications. A Siemens S7-200smart PLC with a 7-inch touchscreen provides intuitive operation, parameter control, and automated nozzle clearing for efficient processing in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, dairy, pigment, chemical, biotechnology, and research applications.
