Engineered for high-throughput ethanol recovery, the USA Lab 4" Falling Film Evaporator delivers rapid evaporation with minimal thermal degradation. A controlled thin film flows over heated surfaces for maximum heat transfer, efficient solvent removal, and consistent product quality across botanical, pharmaceutical, and chemical workflows.
With vacuum-assisted operation, metered injection, and precise heat-exchanger control, operators can tune temperature and feed rates for their crude characteristics and target viscosity. Choose from Standalone, Pump Integration, or a complete Turnkey package with matched chiller/heater for ready-to-run performance.
