USA Lab 4" Falling Film Evaporator Turnkey System – Complete With C1D1 Solvent & Crude Pumps
Engineered for high-throughput efficiency and reliability, the USA Lab 4" Falling Film Evaporator is designed to streamline solvent recovery in demanding laboratory and industrial environments. This system is optimized for rapid evaporation with minimal thermal degradation, making it an excellent solution for processing volatile compounds in the botanical extraction, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
The USA Lab 4" Falling Film Evaporator is designed to evaporate ethanol that has been diluted in crude oil during a filtration or extraction process. By reducing the vapor pressure inside the system and metering the injection valve, the user can set the heat exchangers to the appropriate temperatures to efficiently evaporate solvent from their crude oil.
The USA Lab 4" Falling Film Evaporator employs the falling film technique, which ensures a continuous and uniform film of liquid flows down the heating surfaces, maximizing heat transfer efficiency. This design promotes enhanced evaporation rates and minimizes the potential for thermal degradation of the desired compounds in the process.
With precise control over system parameters such as temperature and injection rate, operators can customize the evaporator's settings to suit the specific characteristics of their crude oil and desired end product. Our Standalone Falling Film Evaporator includes only the stainless steel frame and evaporator body—no accessories.
Upgrade to the Pump Integration package to add our solvent recovery pump, crude feed pump, and vacuum pump.
For a complete setup, choose the Turnkey System, which includes all pumps plus the properly sized chiller and heater for full operation right out of the box.
Upgrade to include both USA Lab C1D1 Certified Pumps:
- USA Lab Crude Oil Pump (60L/hr) – Transfers viscous crude oil seamlessly into the system.
- USA Lab Solvent Recovery Pump (75–100L/hr) – Recovers evaporated solvents under vacuum with leak-free, continuous operation.
