The USA Lab OmniCore™ ETFE Lined Turnkey Reactor Assembly is a fully integrated, corrosion-proof system engineered for the most demanding chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. Built on our proven OmniCore™ ETFE Lined Vessel platform, this turnkey package arrives fully assembled and ready for operation, streamlining setup and ensuring absolute chemical compatibility from the start.

Each assembly features a PTFE-coated mixer shaft designed for smooth, efficient agitation without metal contamination. Every wetted component—vessel interior, fittings, gaskets, dip tubes, and agitator hardware—is fully lined with ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene), providing a non-stick, zero-permeation barrier that eliminates corrosion, pitting, and cross-contamination.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel and ASME-rated to 250 PSI, the OmniCore™ reactor delivers industrial-grade strength with exceptional resistance to aggressive solvents, acids, and oxidizers. Its modular design simplifies cleaning, inspection, and integration into CIP/SIP and closed-loop process systems, supporting both bench-scale and pilot-scale applications.
