Description
OmniCore™ ETFE Lined Vessel – ASME Rated to 250 PSI | USA Lab
The USA Lab OmniCore™ ETFE Lined Vessel is a corrosion-resistant pressure vessel engineered for demanding chemical, solvent-heavy, and high-purity process applications. Its chemically bonded eTFE lining creates a non-stick, low-permeation barrier designed to protect the stainless-steel vessel from aggressive acids, oxidizers, chlorinated solvents, and other challenging process media.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel and rated to 250 PSI at ambient temperature, the OmniCore™ vessel combines pressure capability with a smooth fluoropolymer process surface. The lined interior helps minimize product hold-up and supports efficient cleaning for applications where material purity and corrosion resistance are important.
Designed for chemical synthesis, polymerization, solvent recovery, acid handling, pilot-scale processing, and advanced R&D, the OmniCore™ ETFE Lined Vessel provides a durable containment solution for demanding process environments. Its design is compatible with CIP/SIP workflows and sanitary process requirements.
