The USA Lab 1000L Jacketed Stainless Steel Storage Vessel is engineered for solvent storage and general liquid handling across pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage, cosmetic, and industrial workflows. With a 1000L (264 gal) capacity, multiple Tri-Clamp process ports, a top viewing port, and a bottom 1.5" Tri-Clamp drain, this vessel supports efficient storage, transfer, inspection, and process integration.
The dedicated thermal jacket features two 1.5" Tri-Clamp connections for integration with compatible chillers or heaters and supports a temperature range of –40°C to 200°C. The vessel has a 15 psi design pressure and a recommended 10 psi operating pressure, providing controlled headspace management for applicable liquid-handling processes.
The current production vessel is the 3rd-generation design and includes four 1.5" Tri-Clamp top ports, three 3" Tri-Clamp top ports, a 10" manway with Buna-N gasket, and a bottom 1.5" Tri-Clamp drain.
