The DigiVac DPP Quantum Gauge is an ultra-wide-range vacuum pressure sensor that combines patent-pending Quantum Pirani technology with piezo technology to provide reliable vacuum measurement from 7.5×10^-6 to 1000 Torr. With 0–10 V analog output, RS232 communication, and one integrated solid-state relay, this ceramic-coated sensor provides broad measurement capability and process-control functionality in a single gauge.

The DPP Quantum Gauge is designed for applications requiring wide dynamic range without an ion gauge. Its Quantum Pirani technology extends the measurable vacuum range by up to three decades when combined with rough-vacuum piezo technology, providing approximately nine decades of vacuum measurement in one instrument. An integrated baffle helps protect the sensing elements from particulate contamination and supports longer sensor life.

The ceramic-coated sensor is designed for increased resilience against solvents and contamination and can be cleaned when required. Warranty Policy

Every gauge that leaves DigiVac is tested under actual vacuum and calibrated against a NIST standard. We warranty all gauges for workmanship and function for 1 year.* Each vacuum instrument has a serial number, which allows us to track the age of the gauge. Any gauge will be repaired and returned free of charge for any defects in workmanship or function, FOB Morganville, NJ.

Any gauge that becomes damaged (for example: tube contaminated, flashback or physical damaged) may be returned to DigiVac for repair at a time and materials rate. Please contact Digivac with a request for Return and an RMA number will be issued. A decontamination form will also need to be filled out.

Note: Sensors (also known as tubes or probes) are not covered under this manufactures warranty. These are classified as consumables.

Customers are responsible for handling shipping charges to and from our facility in New Jersey.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS, USPS, and freight carriers.
Freight items (crated, hazmat, dropship, or special packaging) can take 1–5 business days to ship.
Expedited shipping speeds up transit, not processing. Contact us for true rush orders.
PO Box addresses ship USPS. Alcohols, chemicals, and hazmat cannot ship to a PO Box.

Delivery & Damage Claims

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Claims must be filed within 3 business days.
Visible damage? Refuse the delivery and have the driver document it. We will file the claim and ship a replacement.
Concealed damage: contact us within 2 days with photos of the packaging and item. Keep all packing materials.
Freight services (liftgate, residential, inside delivery) are the customer's responsibility to select for their location.

USA Lab branded products are returnable within 30 days of order date with prior authorization. Email us before sending anything back.
Solvents, chemicals, and consumables are not returnable once shipped. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Unused items in original packaging carry a 15% restocking fee. Defective items ship back on us.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, contamination, or modification are not eligible for return.
Glassware damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Warranty

USA Lab products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years, depending on product line.
1 year: chillers, heaters, rotovaps, reactors, vacuum ovens, mixers, and most equipment. 2 years: UVP vacuum pumps. 3 years: scientific freeze dryers.
Wear items (glassware, gaskets, heating elements, sensors) and fittings/steel are not covered. Report defects within 30 days (3 days for glass).

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not collected by USA Lab and are the receiver's responsibility.
