The DigiVac DCP Quantum DuoSENS Capacitive Piezo Vacuum Sensor provides highly accurate, gas-independent vacuum measurement across five decades from 0.01 to 1000 Torr with ±3% accuracy. Its all-in-one design combines capacitive manometer and piezo measurement technologies to provide a wide direct pressure measurement range for demanding vacuum process-control applications.

The DCP Quantum features an integrated baffle that helps protect internal sensor elements from particulate contamination, along with a multi-color LED pressure indicator and bright yellow overpressure indication. These features provide useful visual feedback and help protect vacuum systems, even when the sensor is used without a display controller.

Designed for applications including PVD coating, plasma sterilization, freeze-drying, load-lock control, and furnace heat treatment, the DCP Quantum provides reliable process communication through a 0-10V output and solid-state relay. Automatic zeroing of the piezo sensor further supports consistent vacuum measurement and process control.

Warranty

Warranty Policy

Every gauge that leaves DigiVac is tested under actual vacuum and calibrated against a NIST standard. We warranty all gauges for workmanship and function for 1 year.* Each vacuum instrument has a serial number, which allows us to track the age of the gauge. Any gauge will be repaired and returned free of charge for any defects in workmanship or function, FOB Morganville, NJ.

Any gauge that becomes damaged (for example: tube contaminated, flashback or physical damaged) may be returned to DigiVac for repair at a time and materials rate. Please contact Digivac with a request for Return and an RMA number will be issued. A decontamination form will also need to be filled out.

Note: Sensors (also known as tubes or probes) are not covered under this manufactures warranty. These are classified as consumables.

Customers are responsible for handling shipping charges to and from our facility in New Jersey.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS, USPS, and freight carriers.
Freight items (crated, hazmat, dropship, or special packaging) can take 1–5 business days to ship.
Expedited shipping speeds up transit, not processing. Contact us for true rush orders.
PO Box addresses ship USPS. Alcohols, chemicals, and hazmat cannot ship to a PO Box.

Delivery & Damage Claims

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Claims must be filed within 3 business days.
Visible damage? Refuse the delivery and have the driver document it. We will file the claim and ship a replacement.
Concealed damage: contact us within 2 days with photos of the packaging and item. Keep all packing materials.
Freight services (liftgate, residential, inside delivery) are the customer's responsibility to select for their location.

Returns

USA Lab branded products are returnable within 30 days of order date with prior authorization. Email us before sending anything back.
Solvents, chemicals, and consumables are not returnable once shipped. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Unused items in original packaging carry a 15% restocking fee. Defective items ship back on us.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, contamination, or modification are not eligible for return.
Glassware damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Customized and made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
This includes ductless fume hoods, configured tanks and reactors, and any item built to your specifications.
These products are manufactured specifically for your application. Confirm sizing, voltage, and configuration with our team before ordering.
Damage claim coverage still applies. Inspect on arrival and report issues within 3 business days.

Return Eligibility Details

Warranty

USA Lab products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years, depending on product line.
1 year: chillers, heaters, rotovaps, reactors, vacuum ovens, mixers, and most equipment. 2 years: UVP vacuum pumps. 3 years: scientific freeze dryers.
Wear items (glassware, gaskets, heating elements, sensors) and fittings/steel are not covered. Report defects within 30 days (3 days for glass).
Non–USA Lab brands are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. See the product's Warranty tab.

International Orders

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not collected by USA Lab and are the receiver's responsibility.
Verify your country's customs charges and import restrictions before ordering.
Refused or unclaimed international shipments are refunded minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
International orders are generally non-returnable. Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days.
