The DigiVac FYRA Distillation Vacuum Controller Bundle is a configurable digital vacuum control system designed for precise, automated vacuum management in distillation, botanical processing, vacuum ovens, and research applications. Its 3.9" capacitive touchscreen and tactile multi-function control knob provide intuitive operation while supporting a bundle control range of 10 millitorr to 6 Torr.

This bundle combines the FYRA vacuum controller with a high-throughput KF25 bellows-type throttle valve and two Agilent 536 KF25 thermocouple sensors with driver cards. The dual-sensor configuration can be used to monitor both the process and roughing pump or both sides of a two-head short path distillation system.

FYRA supports multiple sensor technologies and provides USB telemetry, optional WiFi connectivity, 0–10 VDC analog input/output, data logging, and broad sensor and valve compatibility. Warranty Policy

Every gauge that leaves DigiVac is tested under actual vacuum and calibrated against a NIST standard. We warranty all gauges for workmanship and function for 1 year.* Each vacuum instrument has a serial number, which allows us to track the age of the gauge. Any gauge will be repaired and returned free of charge for any defects in workmanship or function, FOB Morganville, NJ.

Any gauge that becomes damaged (for example: tube contaminated, flashback or physical damaged) may be returned to DigiVac for repair at a time and materials rate. Please contact Digivac with a request for Return and an RMA number will be issued. A decontamination form will also need to be filled out.

Note: Sensors (also known as tubes or probes) are not covered under this manufactures warranty. These are classified as consumables.

Customers are responsible for handling shipping charges to and from our facility in New Jersey.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS, USPS, and freight carriers.
Freight items (crated, hazmat, dropship, or special packaging) can take 1–5 business days to ship.
Expedited shipping speeds up transit, not processing. Contact us for true rush orders.
PO Box addresses ship USPS. Alcohols, chemicals, and hazmat cannot ship to a PO Box.

Delivery & Damage Claims

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Claims must be filed within 3 business days.
Visible damage? Refuse the delivery and have the driver document it. We will file the claim and ship a replacement.
Concealed damage: contact us within 2 days with photos of the packaging and item. Keep all packing materials.
Freight services (liftgate, residential, inside delivery) are the customer's responsibility to select for their location.

Returns

USA Lab branded products are returnable within 30 days of order date with prior authorization. Email us before sending anything back.
Solvents, chemicals, and consumables are not returnable once shipped. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Unused items in original packaging carry a 15% restocking fee. Defective items ship back on us.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, contamination, or modification are not eligible for return.
Glassware damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Customized and made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
This includes ductless fume hoods, configured tanks and reactors, and any item built to your specifications.
These products are manufactured specifically for your application. Confirm sizing, voltage, and configuration with our team before ordering.
Damage claim coverage still applies. Inspect on arrival and report issues within 3 business days.

Return Eligibility Details

Warranty

USA Lab products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years, depending on product line.
1 year: chillers, heaters, rotovaps, reactors, vacuum ovens, mixers, and most equipment. 2 years: UVP vacuum pumps. 3 years: scientific freeze dryers.
Wear items (glassware, gaskets, heating elements, sensors) and fittings/steel are not covered. Report defects within 30 days (3 days for glass).
Non–USA Lab brands are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. See the product's Warranty tab.

International Orders

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not collected by USA Lab and are the receiver's responsibility.
Verify your country's customs charges and import restrictions before ordering.
