E2M28 Two-Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump | 21 CFM, 0.75 mTorr

The E2M series is a family of rugged, oil-sealed two-stage rotary vane pumps engineered for reliability and quiet operation. With speeds from 0.7 to 275 m³/hr (30–206 CFM), these compact pumps feature advanced lubrication circuits, wide-voltage motors, and a comprehensive range of accessories to fit scientific and industrial workflows.

Ideal for laboratory and R&D use, models such as E2M0.7–2.5 and E2M28 pair perfectly with turbomolecular pumps. For industrial duty, E2M18/28, E2M40/80, and E2M175/275 deliver robust, continuous performance in demanding applications.

This configuration offers up to 21 CFM (60 Hz), 0.75 mTorr ultimate vacuum, and simple integration via DN25 ISO-KF inlet and 15 mm / 3/4" BSPP outlet. Forced-air cooling keeps noise to just 57 dB(A).

Some variants require hard-wiring in the electrical box. Verify regional mains requirements before installation.
