Description
Edwards RV5 3.6 CFM Two-Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump, 115/230V 1-Ph | USA Lab
The Edwards RV5 is a compact, oil-sealed two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump delivering up to 3.6 CFM at 60 Hz for reliable rough vacuum and backing applications. Built on decades of Edwards vacuum engineering, the RV5 combines strong pumping performance, excellent ultimate pressure, and effective vapor handling for demanding laboratory and industrial workflows.
The Edwards RV5 features a fast-acting automatic inlet valve for anti-suckback protection, a universal 115/230V single-phase motor factory set to 115V, and a two-position gas ballast system. These features help protect connected equipment while allowing users to optimize pump operation for different vapor loads and process conditions.
Each Edwards RV5 ships with an initial charge of ULTRAGRADE™ Performance 19 oil. Polymer blades, self-aligning components, and serviceable shaft seals support straightforward maintenance and reduced downtime across applications such as mass spectrometry, electron microscopy, rotary evaporation, glove boxes, R&D chambers, and turbomolecular pump backing.
Two-Stage Rotary Vane 3.6 CFM @ 60 Hz 1.5 × 10-3 Torr Ultimate Pressure 115/230V 1-Phase
