Two-Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump, 1 CFM| USA Lab

Compact, reliable, and quiet, this two-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump delivers consistent medium/rough vacuum performance for lab and industrial workflows. With up to 1.18 CFM pumping speed (60 Hz) and an ultimate pressure down to 2.25 mTorr, it’s ideal for evacuation, degassing, drying, filtration, and GC/MS foreline duties.

Engineered with DN 10 ISO-KF inlet, 11 mm nozzle / 3/4" BSPP female outlet, IE2 efficiency motor, and IP44 protection. Air-cooled operation keeps sound to just 55 dB(A) while the compact footprint (0.323 m L × 0.142 m W × 0.178 m H) fits tight benches.

Runs on 100–120 V, 50/60 Hz, single-phase with 160 W rated power. Uses Edwards 45 vacuum oil. Note: regional power cable not included; some variants require hard-wiring.

It is suitable for medium to rough vacuum applications (approx. 1000 mbar to 1×10−3 mbar), achieving an ultimate pressure of 2.25 mTorr in clean conditions.

Which oil should I use and how much?

Use Edwards 45 oil. Typical oil capacity is 0.20–0.28 L (2.0×10−4 to 2.8×10−4 m3) depending on service level.

Does it include a power cable?

The required mains cable is not included. Some variants require hard-wiring—verify local electrical requirements before installation.

What are the ambient operating limits?

Operate between 12–40 °C ambient (285.15–313.15 K) up to 2000 m altitude. Store between −30–70 °C (243.15–343.15 K).
