Description

Two-Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump, 1 CFM | USA Lab

The Two-Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is a compact, reliable, and quiet oil-sealed vacuum solution designed for laboratory and industrial workflows requiring consistent medium to rough vacuum performance. With pumping speeds up to 1.18 CFM at 60 Hz and an ultimate pressure down to 2.25 mTorr, it is well suited for evacuation, degassing, drying, filtration, and GC/MS foreline applications.

Its two-stage rotary vane design provides stable vacuum performance while the forced-air cooling system keeps operating noise to approximately 55 dB(A). The pump features a DN 10 ISO-KF inlet and an 11 mm nozzle / 3/4" BSPP female outlet for convenient integration into compatible vacuum systems.

The pump operates on 100–120 V, 50/60 Hz, single-phase power with a 160 W rated motor and IE2 efficiency class. IP44 protection, a compact footprint, and compatibility with Edwards 45 vacuum oil make it a practical choice for demanding laboratory and process applications. Regional power cables are not included, and some configurations may require hard-wiring.
