Cap entire trays of cartridges with the push of a button. The Squish-o-Matic 1000 is designed to work alongside our fully and semi-automatic cartridge-filling machines and eliminate the inefficiencies of capping cartridges by hand. Able to accommodate most press-fit mouthpieces, the Squish-o-Matic 1000 uses a hydraulic press to securely cap roughly 3000 cartridges per hour. As always, every machine comes standard with our industry-leading customer support, consultation, warranty, training, and calibration assistance.

Precise Hydraulic Press

Never worry about loose mouthpieces or punctured seals with the Squish-O-Matic’s precise hydraulic press.

Direct to Tray Capping

Save yourself from manually capping each cart individually. The Squish-O-Matic 1000 is designed to fit the foam trays that cartridges arrive in from the manufacturer, allowing you to transfer entire trays of filled carts directly onto the platform and cap them simultaneously.

Easy to Use

Once configured and calibrated, simply place your tray of filled carts into the Squish-O-Matic, rest the mouthpieces in place, and press Squish. It’s that easy.

Environmental Control

The Squish-O-Matic offers a fully enclosed environment, preserving the integrity of your filled carts as they gently cool and preventing any foreign contaminants from getting inside.

Shipping

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS, USPS, and freight carriers.
Freight items (crated, hazmat, dropship, or special packaging) can take 1–5 business days to ship.
Expedited shipping speeds up transit, not processing. Contact us for true rush orders.
PO Box addresses ship USPS. Alcohols, chemicals, and hazmat cannot ship to a PO Box.

Delivery & Damage Claims

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Claims must be filed within 3 business days.
Visible damage? Refuse the delivery and have the driver document it. We will file the claim and ship a replacement.
Concealed damage: contact us within 2 days with photos of the packaging and item. Keep all packing materials.
Freight services (liftgate, residential, inside delivery) are the customer's responsibility to select for their location.

Returns

USA Lab branded products are returnable within 30 days of order date with prior authorization. Email us before sending anything back.
Solvents, chemicals, and consumables are not returnable once shipped. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Unused items in original packaging carry a 15% restocking fee. Defective items ship back on us.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, contamination, or modification are not eligible for return.
Glassware damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Customized and made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
This includes ductless fume hoods, configured tanks and reactors, and any item built to your specifications.
These products are manufactured specifically for your application. Confirm sizing, voltage, and configuration with our team before ordering.
Damage claim coverage still applies. Inspect on arrival and report issues within 3 business days.

Return Eligibility Details

Warranty

USA Lab products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years, depending on product line.
1 year: chillers, heaters, rotovaps, reactors, vacuum ovens, mixers, and most equipment. 2 years: UVP vacuum pumps. 3 years: scientific freeze dryers.
Wear items (glassware, gaskets, heating elements, sensors) and fittings/steel are not covered. Report defects within 30 days (3 days for glass).
Non–USA Lab brands are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. See the product's Warranty tab.

International Orders

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not collected by USA Lab and are the receiver's responsibility.
Verify your country's customs charges and import restrictions before ordering.
Refused or unclaimed international shipments are refunded minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
International orders are generally non-returnable. Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days.
