Temperature Control 

Fill smarter with the first machine designed from the ground up to serve cartridge filling operations. Precisely control the temperature of your oil with 3 independently-programmable heat zones. Our proportional-integral-derivative (PID) algorithms eliminate any temperature variation and preserve the overall quality of your products. Preserve terpenes and reduce the degradation of your distillate, rosin, CO2, and other extracts thanks to low temperatures and nitrogen modified atmosphere processing to reduce oxidation. Dispense even highly viscous oils with our nitrogen-pressurized fluid-handling system. 

Pharmaceutical Pump 

Precision is the name of the game. Our third-party calibrated and certified pumping mechanism can quickly and accurately dispense between 0.001ml and 5.0ml into your vape cartridges, pods, or capsules. Never worry about fill volume and cleaning up spills again

Clean in Place 

Cleaning the Jet Fueler is quick and easy with our clean in place procedure. Using only 200ml of alcohol, the cleaning wizard will get your Jet-Fueler clean and dry for a new batch with a few clicks. The full cleanup process takes less than 10 minutes and is almost entirely automated.

Safe Fluid Path 

We ensure that your oil and products only touch the highest quality and safest materials available. The Jet Fueler fluid path is made entirely from fluoropolymers, Viton, Borosilicate glass, stainless steel, and ceramic. Swagelok fittings are used for all compression fittings and the pump dispensing valve is made from precision machined ceramic-on-ceramic without any lubricants or gaskets.

Shipping

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS, USPS, and freight carriers.
Freight items (crated, hazmat, dropship, or special packaging) can take 1–5 business days to ship.
Expedited shipping speeds up transit, not processing. Contact us for true rush orders.
PO Box addresses ship USPS. Alcohols, chemicals, and hazmat cannot ship to a PO Box.

Delivery & Damage Claims

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Claims must be filed within 3 business days.
Visible damage? Refuse the delivery and have the driver document it. We will file the claim and ship a replacement.
Concealed damage: contact us within 2 days with photos of the packaging and item. Keep all packing materials.
Freight services (liftgate, residential, inside delivery) are the customer's responsibility to select for their location.

Returns

USA Lab branded products are returnable within 30 days of order date with prior authorization. Email us before sending anything back.
Solvents, chemicals, and consumables are not returnable once shipped. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Unused items in original packaging carry a 15% restocking fee. Defective items ship back on us.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, contamination, or modification are not eligible for return.
Glassware damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Customized and made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
This includes ductless fume hoods, configured tanks and reactors, and any item built to your specifications.
These products are manufactured specifically for your application. Confirm sizing, voltage, and configuration with our team before ordering.
Damage claim coverage still applies. Inspect on arrival and report issues within 3 business days.

Return Eligibility Details

Warranty

USA Lab products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years, depending on product line.
1 year: chillers, heaters, rotovaps, reactors, vacuum ovens, mixers, and most equipment. 2 years: UVP vacuum pumps. 3 years: scientific freeze dryers.
Wear items (glassware, gaskets, heating elements, sensors) and fittings/steel are not covered. Report defects within 30 days (3 days for glass).
Non–USA Lab brands are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. See the product's Warranty tab.

International Orders

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not collected by USA Lab and are the receiver's responsibility.
Verify your country's customs charges and import restrictions before ordering.
Refused or unclaimed international shipments are refunded minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
International orders are generally non-returnable. Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days.
