USA Lab Ultrasonic Cleaners are built with durable SS304 stainless steel tanks for long service life and consistent cleaning performance. With a 1–99 minute timer and ambient to 80 °C heating, you can heat and clean at the same time for faster, deeper results.

Operating at 40 kHz, each unit produces fine cavitation bubbles that penetrate crevices and complex surfaces, safely lifting soils from glassware, dental instruments, lab utensils, jewelry, optics, and precision metal parts.

Available in 3L, 6L, 10L, 22L, and 30L capacities to match your bench space and throughput.

What can I clean with an ultrasonic cleaner?

Great for glassware, lab tools, dental/medical instruments, jewelry, optics, and precision metal components. Avoid porous items and materials that can be damaged by water or detergents.

Do I need a basket?

Yes—use the basket to keep parts off the tank bottom for best cavitation and to protect the transducers. 22L and 30L include listed basket dimensions.

What temperature should I use?

Most soils remove best between 40–60 °C. Units support heating from room temperature up to 80 °C (176 °F).

Can I use solvents?

Use water or approved ultrasonic detergents. Flammable solvents must not be used unless in a sealed indirect container and following all safety guidelines.
