USA Lab 50L Dual Explosion Proof Rotary Evaporator | Electric Lift, 180°C Bath, 220–240V

The USA Lab 50L Rotary Evaporator is designed for large-scale solvent recovery, concentration, and purification processes in laboratories and production facilities. With a 50L evaporation flask and 20L receiving flask, this rotary evaporator is ideal for botanical extraction, pharmaceutical development, chemical processing, and research applications that require consistent performance at scale.

A 77L water/oil bath powered by a 22,000 BTU heating system provides rapid heat-up and stable temperatures up to 180 °C (356 °F), controlled with digital precision at ±1 °C. The 20–120 RPM variable-speed motor and electric lift mechanism make operation smooth and repeatable, while the use of GG-17 high-borosilicate glassware ensures excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance.

Engineered for reliability and safety, the system operates on 220–240V, 50–60Hz, 30A single-phase power and is designed to be hardwired to a quick-disconnect panel. The optimized condenser design, with multiple surface areas, supports fast evaporation rates of ≥13 L/h for water and ≥27 L/h for alcohol, helping laboratories process more in less time.
