Media Bros CRY+™ Filtration Media is a high-flow filtration media engineered with a larger 16–30 mesh granule size for efficient processing and consistent filtration performance. Available in 1.5KG, 10KG, and 100KG quantities, CRY+™ is designed for operators handling high-volume extraction workflows where flow rate and reliable color remediation are important.
The larger granule structure allows CRY+™ to support faster flow rates while maintaining effective filtration performance. It is suitable for use with 4–6 inch diameter CRC columns and can be operated at room temperature or at temperatures below -10°C without clogging when used under appropriate process conditions.
For controlled processing, a needle valve is recommended to fine-tune flow rates, particularly when working with darker or oxidized material. With a recommended solvent ratio of 6:1 to 10:1, operating pressure of 20–45 PSI, and media usage of 200–300g per 1 lb of biomass, CRY+™ provides flexible filtration options for demanding extraction applications.
