Media Bros CRY™ Natural Zeolite is an aggressive color remediation filtration media designed to help improve oil color, clarity, and crystallization during filtration. CRY™ provides extractors with a filtration media option for materials that require more aggressive compound removal.
Elementally, CRY™ contains approximately 1.5 times the embedded silica content of CRX™, allowing it to filter a wider range of compounds than CRX™ alone. This makes CRY™ useful for quickly tuning media filtration based on the processing requirements of the material.
For difficult-to-process materials, CRY™ can also be used in combination with CRX™ to create a blended media approach for filtration.
