The USA Lab VPD-280 8 CFM 2-Stage Lab Vacuum Pump is designed for demanding laboratory vacuum applications requiring reliable performance, faster pull-down, and consistent operation. With an 8.0 CFM flow rate and a 2-stage design, the VPD-280 is well suited for vacuum ovens, closed-loop systems, filtration, degassing, and other higher-throughput laboratory workflows.
The updated VPD-280 design features a KF25 inlet port for improved compatibility with vacuum components and a solenoid check valve to help reduce leaks and backflow when the pump is not operating. A built-in oil mist filter provides filtration during operation and is designed with longer-life capacity to help reduce maintenance frequency.
The VPD-280 is supplied with connection parts and two 16oz bottles of oil so users can get started quickly. The pump operates on 110–120V, 60Hz power and delivers an ultimate vacuum of 2 Pa (15 micron) for strong, stable vacuum performance in laboratory systems.
