USA Lab Ductless Containment Hoods (also known as ductless fume hoods) are engineered for pharmaceutical, laboratory, and powder containment applications including powder weighing, capsule filling, tablet encapsulation, cream compounding, and other critical workflows requiring effective containment and high-efficiency filtration.

These ductless containment systems utilize optimized airflow and filtration media designed to capture hazardous powders, dust, and nuisance fumes — helping protect operators from inhalation exposure while maintaining a clean working environment and minimizing cross-contamination risk.

The Deluxe design is built for labs that need higher control, monitoring, and operator protection compared to standard containment hoods. It includes clear anti-static vinyl curtains to help reduce static buildup and prevent powder escape, along with an adjustable LED light that improves visibility during detailed powder handling and compounding work.

For airflow and containment performance, the Deluxe model includes a variable speed controller, allowing users to fine-tune airflow based on the process, powder type, or filtration setup. The system also features a digital display with an integrated hour counter and digital Magnehelic gage, giving operators real-time visibility into runtime and pressure/airflow conditions, which helps with maintenance planning and filter monitoring.

To support safe and consistent operation, the Deluxe configuration also includes an external reset button and programmable alerts, helping ensure operators are notified of system changes, filter loading conditions, or maintenance intervals — reducing downtime and helping maintain proper containment performance.
