USA Lab CRH Closed-Loop Silicone Oil Heaters | Up to 300°C

Introducing the USA Lab CRH Heaters, closed-loop circulating heaters engineered for precise, high-temperature performance up to 300°C. Purpose-built for modern laboratories, CRH delivers stable heating, rapid response, and dependable control for demanding workflows.

Unlike open-loop systems, the CRH’s sealed circuit maximizes thermal transfer and temperature uniformity while minimizing fluid loss. Pair with vacuum systems, jacketed reactors, columns, solvent tanks, and analytical instruments to unlock consistent results at scale.

Choose from five capacities with LCD or PLC touchscreen control, industrial-grade pumps, and robust construction to support larger columns, tanks, and high-heat applications. Silicone oil only.

 

Notice: Not compatible with 208V input (acceptable range 219–253V). Not intended for 24-hour operation; maximum continuous run is 16 hours.

The USA Lab CRH Heaters are ideal for jacketed reactors, columns, solvent tanks, vacuum systems, and analytical instruments requiring stable, high-temperature circulation up to 300°C.

What fluid should I use?

Use silicone oil only with the USA Lab CRH Heaters for proper viscosity, stability, and safety at elevated temperatures.

Is 208V power supported?

No. USA Lab CRH Heaters are not compatible with 208V inputs. Acceptable supply range is 219–253V per the model’s single- or three-phase requirements.

Can the unit run continuously?

The USA Lab CRH Heaters are not intended for 24-hour continuous operation. Maximum recommended continuous runtime is 16 hours.

How do I choose the right size?

Match the heat load of your reactor/column to the model’s wattage and pump flow. For larger vessels or rapid ramp/hold at 200–300°C, consider CRH-200L or CRH-300L; for benchtop and smaller reactors, CRH-30L(v2) or CRH-50L(v2) are excellent choices.
