Warranty

TANK: Fittings and steel do NOT carry any warranty. Fittings and steel items with a defect or other issue must be identified within 30 days of arrival and USA Lab MUST be contacted. After 30 days, there will be no replacements sent for fittings or steel items with a defect or issue. Cross threading, misuse, improper storage, or improper care of fittings/steel are considered user error and are not covered under warranty.

MIXER: Warranty Policy

Our products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace such items as may prove defective as the situation warrants for the convenience of the customer and economy of MixerDIrect, Inc . Warranty period is one year on items manufactured by MixerDirect, Inc.

On items not manufactured by MixerDirect, Inc, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. All component parts of our products are covered by this warranty, except for normal wear items such as belts, bearings, set screws, etc. We cannot be responsible for damage or abuse to equipment caused by improper installation or operation. Warranties can also be voided by unauthorized disassembly of equipment.

For warranty repairs, equipment is returned to MixerDirect, Inc at the customer’s expense – MixerDirect, Inc will repair/replace and return to customer at the expense of MixerDirect, Inc. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. MixerDirect, Inc shall not be liable for any other damages, whether consequential, indirect, or incidental, arising from the sale or use of its products.
