Designed for standard 3" Tri-Clamp ports, the USA Lab Tri-Clamp Mount Pneumatic Mixer delivers rugged reliability and lightweight portability for day-to-day mixing. With stainless steel wetted parts and a variable-speed air motor, it’s built for uptime, repeatability, and easy sanitation.
Powered by compressed air (no electricity), this agitator is suitable for C1D1/C1D2 classified rooms when properly installed and ventilated. Smooth, controllable torque and a 50–720 RPM range provide consistent results across a wide range of viscosities.
Available in 3/4 HP (16.5 CFM) and 1.5 HP (32 CFM). Custom shaft lengths and additional impellers available on request.
