The USA Lab 100L Single Jacketed Glass Reactor Turnkey System (JR-100) is a complete 100 liter jacketed glass reactor package that ships with the temperature control and vacuum equipment required to run it. The system includes the JR-100 reactor, a UHC-50/40 heater chiller, a UC-50/30 recirculating chiller, and a Vacuubrand MD 4C NT chemistry diaphragm pump.
Jacket temperature is managed by the included 6 kW heater chiller across a working range of -40°C to 200°C, giving operators a single fluid loop for both heating and cooling. The separate UC-50/30 chiller supplies condenser cooling so distillation, reflux, and crystallization steps can run without a second temperature source.
The JR-100 uses a 100L GG-17 borosilicate vessel with a 25L jacket, PTFE seals throughout, digital step-less stirring from 0 to 450 RPM, and a 35mm bottom drain valve. The unit is mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters and is backed by a 1 year warranty with US-based parts and support.

- Not compatible with 208V power input. Acceptable range is 219V to 253V, excluding the vacuum pump and reactor.
- Not intended for 24-hour operation. Maximum continuous operating time is 16 hours.
- ETL certification applies to the reactor only. The heater chiller, chiller, and vacuum pump are not covered by the reactor's ETL listing.
