The Nest - Recirculation Collection Tank - LowTemp is an 85-gallon stainless steel collection and recirculation vessel designed to streamline water management in high-volume washing and solventless processing workflows. It provides a dedicated collection point for wash water and helps create a closed-loop process when paired with the appropriate recycling equipment.
Designed as a partner to The Osprey™, The Nest collects process water so operators can avoid manually handling multiple buckets between wash cycles. Its sloped internal floor directs liquid toward the sanitary drain, while the integrated sight glasses provide convenient visibility of fill levels during operation.
Constructed from passivated 304 stainless steel with food-grade welds and sanitary fittings, The Nest is engineered for demanding commercial processing environments. Heavy-duty 360° casters support mobility, while quick-connect interfaces simplify connection and disconnection from compatible Osprey systems. The Nest Recycling Kit is available separately for automated water return.
