The PMP The Prophet Recovery Pump is a high-capacity dual-stage recovery pump designed for fast LPG and butane recovery applications. With a 28 CFM capacity, 10 HP motor, and dual-stage design, The Prophet provides a greater pressure differential between the inlet and outlet, supporting lower inlet pressures and higher discharge pressures.

The dual-stage design allows the pump to pull vacuum against the inlet, which can lower the boiling point of recovering solvents and help accelerate vaporization and recovery. The pump can also be used to pull the initial vacuum in an extraction system, providing additional flexibility for large-scale recovery workflows.

Warranty

PMP Warranty Policy

All PMPumps are warrantied against manufacturer defect from date of sale for a period of one year. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, foreign contamination (including botanical extract), improper installation, or use outside recommended operating conditions. All warranty claims will be solely decided by PMPumps, and at their sole discretion to rebuild or replace the damaged components. PMPumps is not responsible for shipping to or from warranty service. All outbound shipping must be prepaid before the pumps can be returned. No warranty claims will be accepted without prior authorization and an issued RMA number. Damages found outside the scope of the manufactures warranty will be responsibility of the claiming party and must be paid before pump can be returned.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS, USPS, and freight carriers.
Freight items (crated, hazmat, dropship, or special packaging) can take 1–5 business days to ship.
Expedited shipping speeds up transit, not processing. Contact us for true rush orders.
PO Box addresses ship USPS. Alcohols, chemicals, and hazmat cannot ship to a PO Box.

Delivery & Damage Claims

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Claims must be filed within 3 business days.
Visible damage? Refuse the delivery and have the driver document it. We will file the claim and ship a replacement.
Concealed damage: contact us within 2 days with photos of the packaging and item. Keep all packing materials.
Freight services (liftgate, residential, inside delivery) are the customer's responsibility to select for their location.

Returns

USA Lab branded products are returnable within 30 days of order date with prior authorization. Email us before sending anything back.
Solvents, chemicals, and consumables are not returnable once shipped. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Unused items in original packaging carry a 15% restocking fee. Defective items ship back on us.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, contamination, or modification are not eligible for return.
Glassware damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Customized and made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
This includes ductless fume hoods, configured tanks and reactors, and any item built to your specifications.
These products are manufactured specifically for your application. Confirm sizing, voltage, and configuration with our team before ordering.
Damage claim coverage still applies. Inspect on arrival and report issues within 3 business days.

Return Eligibility Details

Warranty

USA Lab products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years, depending on product line.
1 year: chillers, heaters, rotovaps, reactors, vacuum ovens, mixers, and most equipment. 2 years: UVP vacuum pumps. 3 years: scientific freeze dryers.
Wear items (glassware, gaskets, heating elements, sensors) and fittings/steel are not covered. Report defects within 30 days (3 days for glass).
Non–USA Lab brands are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. See the product's Warranty tab.

International Orders

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not collected by USA Lab and are the receiver's responsibility.
Verify your country's customs charges and import restrictions before ordering.
Refused or unclaimed international shipments are refunded minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
