The PMP The Prodigy Recovery Pump is a high-capacity single-stage recovery pump designed to transfer evaporated solvents efficiently in large extraction systems. With a 24 CFM capacity and 7.5 HP motor, the pump is sized for demanding recovery applications and can support the highest evaporation rates or multiple extraction systems operating at the same time.

Recovery performance depends on both pump capacity and solvent evaporation rate. The Prodigy Recovery Pump can outpace the evaporation rate of many extraction systems, allowing the collection vessel pressure to decrease and helping accelerate solvent evaporation. When vacuum equilibrium is reached, additional pump capacity does not necessarily shorten the recovery time but allows larger or multiple processes to be completed within the same timeframe.

The PMP The Prodigy Recovery Pump supports butane and propane recovery and provides substantially higher recovery rates as inlet pressure increases. It features 1.5-inch Tri-Clamp inlet and outlet connections, a maximum bearing pressure of 250 psi, maximum discharge pressure of 150 psi, and a maximum delta pressure of 10x. PMP Warranty Policy

All PMPumps are warrantied against manufacturer defect from date of sale for a period of one year. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, foreign contamination (including botanical extract), improper installation, or use outside recommended operating conditions. All warranty claims will be solely decided by PMPumps, and at their sole discretion to rebuild or replace the damaged components. PMPumps is not responsible for shipping to or from warranty service. All outbound shipping must be prepaid before the pumps can be returned. No warranty claims will be accepted without prior authorization and an issued RMA number. Damages found outside the scope of the manufactures warranty will be responsibility of the claiming party and must be paid before pump can be returned.

Delivery & Damage Claims

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Claims must be filed within 3 business days.
Visible damage? Refuse the delivery and have the driver document it. We will file the claim and ship a replacement.
Concealed damage: contact us within 2 days with photos of the packaging and item. Keep all packing materials.
Freight services (liftgate, residential, inside delivery) are the customer's responsibility to select for their location.

USA Lab branded products are returnable within 30 days of order date with prior authorization. Email us before sending anything back.
Solvents, chemicals, and consumables are not returnable once shipped. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Unused items in original packaging carry a 15% restocking fee. Defective items ship back on us.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, contamination, or modification are not eligible for return.
Glassware damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Warranty

USA Lab products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years, depending on product line.
1 year: chillers, heaters, rotovaps, reactors, vacuum ovens, mixers, and most equipment. 2 years: UVP vacuum pumps. 3 years: scientific freeze dryers.
Wear items (glassware, gaskets, heating elements, sensors) and fittings/steel are not covered. Report defects within 30 days (3 days for glass).
