With it's knife proof keypad, large dual displays, and overall durability, the OHAUS Valor 2000 sets a new industry standard in premiere value scales. The Valor 2000 is available with a plastic housing or stainless steel design for extra strength where it counts. The Valor 2000 is certified to NSF/ANSI 169 special purpose food equipment and devices and is USDA-AMS accepted to NSF/ANSI /3-A 14159-1 hygiene requirements for the design of meat and poultry processing equipment.
The scale features a stainless-steel platform and food-safe housing. Its energy-efficient design runs up to 50 hours on disposable batteries, or use the included AC adapter for always-on operation.
