The Mixer Direct Variable Speed Explosion-Proof Direct Drive 3" Tri-Clamp Mount Mixer is designed for controlled mixing in processing applications where a sanitary tri-clamp connection and hazardous-location motor configuration are required. The mixer uses a 3" Tri-Clamp mount, explosion-proof inverter-duty motor, variable-speed control, and 316 stainless steel wetted components.

Available in 1/3 HP, 1/2 HP, 3/4 HP, 1 HP, and 1.5 HP configurations, the mixer operates from 175 to 1,750 RPM. Horsepower options are matched with the appropriate impeller configuration, including propeller and hydrofoil designs, while the standard shaft configuration is 32" with a 0.625" diameter 316 stainless steel shaft.

Three pressure configurations are available: 3 PSI, 100 PSI, and 250 PSI. The 3 PSI and 100 PSI options are not rated for vacuum, while the 250 PSI configuration is rated for ultimate vacuum. The mixer is also C1D1 and C1D2 compliant for applicable hazardous-location installations.

Our products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace such items as may prove defective as the situation warrants for the convenience of the customer and economy of MixerDIrect, Inc . Warranty period is one year on items manufactured by MixerDirect, Inc.

On items not manufactured by MixerDirect, Inc, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. All component parts of our products are covered by this warranty, except for normal wear items such as belts, bearings, set screws, etc. We cannot be responsible for damage or abuse to equipment caused by improper installation or operation. Warranties can also be voided by unauthorized disassembly of equipment.

For warranty repairs, equipment is returned to MixerDirect, Inc at the customer’s expense – MixerDirect, Inc will repair/replace and return to customer at the expense of MixerDirect, Inc. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. MixerDirect, Inc shall not be liable for any other damages, whether consequential, indirect, or incidental, arising from the sale or use of its products.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS, USPS, and freight carriers.
Freight items (crated, hazmat, dropship, or special packaging) can take 1–5 business days to ship.
Expedited shipping speeds up transit, not processing. Contact us for true rush orders.
PO Box addresses ship USPS. Alcohols, chemicals, and hazmat cannot ship to a PO Box.

Delivery & Damage Claims

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Claims must be filed within 3 business days.
Visible damage? Refuse the delivery and have the driver document it. We will file the claim and ship a replacement.
Concealed damage: contact us within 2 days with photos of the packaging and item. Keep all packing materials.
Freight services (liftgate, residential, inside delivery) are the customer's responsibility to select for their location.

Returns

USA Lab branded products are returnable within 30 days of order date with prior authorization. Email us before sending anything back.
Solvents, chemicals, and consumables are not returnable once shipped. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Unused items in original packaging carry a 15% restocking fee. Defective items ship back on us.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, contamination, or modification are not eligible for return.
Glassware damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Customized and made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
This includes ductless fume hoods, configured tanks and reactors, and any item built to your specifications.
These products are manufactured specifically for your application. Confirm sizing, voltage, and configuration with our team before ordering.
Damage claim coverage still applies. Inspect on arrival and report issues within 3 business days.

Return Eligibility Details

Warranty

USA Lab products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years, depending on product line.
1 year: chillers, heaters, rotovaps, reactors, vacuum ovens, mixers, and most equipment. 2 years: UVP vacuum pumps. 3 years: scientific freeze dryers.
Wear items (glassware, gaskets, heating elements, sensors) and fittings/steel are not covered. Report defects within 30 days (3 days for glass).
Non–USA Lab brands are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. See the product's Warranty tab.

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not collected by USA Lab and are the receiver's responsibility.
