Tri-Clamp Pneumatic Mixer – 3" TC Mount, Variable Speed (3/4 HP, 1.5 HP, 4 HP) | USA Lab

Lightweight, durable, portable, and sanitary—our tri-clamp mounted mixers attach directly to a 3" tri-clamp ferrule and deliver smooth, controllable agitation for a wide range of processing tasks. A factory-matched impeller (propeller or hydrofoil) is sized to your selected horsepower and shaft length for optimal mixing performance.

Each unit features an FDA lip shaft seal that protects the mixer and your product by preventing ingress/egress at the seal interface. The heavy-duty pneumatic (air-driven) motor is variable speed and suitable for hazardous locations, with minimal maintenance required. Wetted components are 316SS (or 304SS on certain configurations) for excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance.

What wetted materials are used?

The Tri-Clamp Pneumatic Mixer – 3" TC Mount, Variable Speed (3/4 HP, 1.5 HP, 4 HP) uses 316SS (some configurations 304SS) for wetted components to maximize corrosion resistance.

What are the air requirements?

At 100 psi, typical air consumption is 30 CFM (3/4 HP), 80 CFM (1.5 HP), and 130 CFM (4 HP). Use clean, dry air and size your supply accordingly.

Can I customize shaft and impeller options?

Yes. Choose rod length/diameter, impeller style/length, optional vacuum rating for 100 psi motors, motor style upgrades/downgrades, and alternate tri-clamp sizing. Lead times may apply.

Our products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace such items as may prove defective as the situation warrants for the convenience of the customer and economy of MixerDIrect, Inc . Warranty period is one year on items manufactured by MixerDirect, Inc.

On items not manufactured by MixerDirect, Inc, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. All component parts of our products are covered by this warranty, except for normal wear items such as belts, bearings, set screws, etc. We cannot be responsible for damage or abuse to equipment caused by improper installation or operation. Warranties can also be voided by unauthorized disassembly of equipment.

For warranty repairs, equipment is returned to MixerDirect, Inc at the customer’s expense – MixerDirect, Inc will repair/replace and return to customer at the expense of MixerDirect, Inc. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. MixerDirect, Inc shall not be liable for any other damages, whether consequential, indirect, or incidental, arising from the sale or use of its products.
