Description
Inland FF-10 Vacuum Pump Flushing Fluid - Solvent-Free Preventative Maintenance | USA Lab
Inland FF-10 is a solvent-free hydrocarbon vacuum pump flushing fluid designed to support a preventive maintenance program for mechanical vacuum pumps. Periodic use of FF-10 helps remove contaminants and particulates from throughout the pump—without the worry of introducing an expensive solvent into your system.
During operation, vacuum pump oil becomes the sump for solids and condensable carried over from the process. As carry-over builds up, oil performance deteriorates, affecting overall pump capacity, operating vacuum levels, and mechanical wear. Inland FF-10 is intended to help clean internal areas prior to an oil change, supporting more predictable performance and reduced maintenance issues.
Application note: This product is used for de-varnishing oil sealed liquid ring pumps prior to an oil change. Contact PRM for specific procedures on using this product during an oil change.
For technical support, questions, or other issues please email or call us.
Preventative maintenance should include regular, scheduled oil changes to keep system performance continuous and predictable.

FAQ
What is Inland FF-10 flushing fluid used for?
Inland FF-10 is a solvent-free hydrocarbon vacuum pump flushing fluid used as part of a preventive maintenance program. It helps remove contaminants and particulates from within vacuum pumps prior to an oil change—supporting cleaner operation and more predictable system performance.
How does Inland FF-10 support vacuum pump preventative maintenance?
During operation, pump oil collects solids and condensable from the process. Over time, this carry-over can degrade oil performance and impact capacity, vacuum levels, and mechanical wear. Using Inland FF-10 periodically before an oil change can help clean internal areas, which may reduce costly downtime, optimize run time, and lower repair risk.
Is Inland FF-10 a solvent, and will it contaminate my pump?
No. Inland FF-10 is designed to be solvent-free, allowing users to flush contaminants without worrying about introducing an expensive solvent into the pump. Always follow recommended procedures and dispose of used fluids properly.
Can Inland FF-10 be used for de-varnishing liquid ring pumps?
Yes. Inland FF-10 is used for de-varnishing all brands of oil sealed liquid ring pumps prior to an oil change. Contact PRM for specific procedures on using this product during an oil change.
