USA Lab 6" Diamond Miner with 3" Tri-Clamp Sight Glass - SS304
The USA Lab 6" Diamond Miner is a stainless steel processing vessel designed for crystallizing botanical extracts into terpene-rich sauce. Equipped with a 3" Tri-Clamp sight glass, the system provides improved visibility during processing while eliminating the need for mason jars in the degassing procedure.
The 6" Diamond Miner features a premium pre-assembled extractor lid that is nitrogen tested for leaks before shipment. Its 500–700mL optimal capacity with a 725mL maximum fill provides a defined working volume, while the glycerin-filled compound pressure gauge provides an easy-to-read pressure indication inside the vessel.
The vessel is constructed from 304 stainless steel and includes a 316 stainless steel ball valve, ASME safety pressure relief valve, 3" sight glass, high-pressure Tri-Clamp components, and a removable 6" x 2" splatter platter for convenient access to processed material. The maximum allowable working pressure is 100 PSI.
