Limited Product Warranty

Our Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship and to comply with their technical specifications for one year from the date of purchase (original invoice date) (“Warranty Period”). Within this period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace any Product or components that fail in normal use. Such repair or replacement will be made at no charge to you for parts or shipping upon our verification of Product non-compliance or defect. Return of Product is subject to our Return Policy.

Note: This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, abnormal stress, or environmental conditions or use contrary to our instructions, accident, unauthorized alteration, installation, handling or repairs or consumable products such as (but not limited to) grinding media, quartz and alumina tubes, crucibles, heating elements, and thermocouples and Product non-conformity or defect reported to us outside the Warranty Period. Shipping

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS, USPS, and freight carriers.
Freight items (crated, hazmat, dropship, or special packaging) can take 1–5 business days to ship.
Expedited shipping speeds up transit, not processing. Contact us for true rush orders.
PO Box addresses ship USPS. Alcohols, chemicals, and hazmat cannot ship to a PO Box.

Delivery & Damage Claims

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Claims must be filed within 3 business days.
Visible damage? Refuse the delivery and have the driver document it. We will file the claim and ship a replacement.
Concealed damage: contact us within 2 days with photos of the packaging and item. Keep all packing materials.
Freight services (liftgate, residential, inside delivery) are the customer's responsibility to select for their location.

Returns

USA Lab branded products are returnable within 30 days of order date with prior authorization. Email us before sending anything back.
Solvents, chemicals, and consumables are not returnable once shipped. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Unused items in original packaging carry a 15% restocking fee. Defective items ship back on us.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, contamination, or modification are not eligible for return.
Glassware damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Customized and made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
This includes ductless fume hoods, configured tanks and reactors, and any item built to your specifications.
These products are manufactured specifically for your application. Confirm sizing, voltage, and configuration with our team before ordering.
Damage claim coverage still applies. Inspect on arrival and report issues within 3 business days.

Return Eligibility Details

Warranty

USA Lab products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years, depending on product line.
1 year: chillers, heaters, rotovaps, reactors, vacuum ovens, mixers, and most equipment. 2 years: UVP vacuum pumps. 3 years: scientific freeze dryers.
Wear items (glassware, gaskets, heating elements, sensors) and fittings/steel are not covered. Report defects within 30 days (3 days for glass).
Non–USA Lab brands are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. See the product's Warranty tab.

International Orders

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not collected by USA Lab and are the receiver's responsibility.
Verify your country's customs charges and import restrictions before ordering.
Refused or unclaimed international shipments are refunded minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
International orders are generally non-returnable. Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days.
