The USA Lab Stainless Steel Reactor is purpose-built for polymerization and high molecular weight compound synthesis, offering versatility and durability in demanding lab and production environments.

Engineered for compatibility with urethanes, PET, polyphenols, and a wide range of catalysts, the reactor features 304 stainless steel and PTFE seals and gaskets to ensure reliable operation at elevated temperatures required for polymerization and solid-state processing.

An integrated nitrogen/argon gas inlet allows for inert atmosphere control, while a stainless steel thermowell enables precise, direct temperature monitoring of reactor contents.

The system includes a variable-speed, high-torque drive capable of handling viscosities up to 50,000 cP, ensuring efficient mixing throughout both polymerization and solid-state polycondensation (SSP) stages.

For applications involving vapor-phase purification or moisture removal, the reactor can be optionally configured with both a standard condenser and a molecular condenser, enabling effective volatile condensation and product refinement.
