The USA Lab Molecular Sieve Column is designed to capture moisture and contaminants from solvents as the solvent passes through the column. This molecular sieve filtration system is constructed from 304 stainless steel components and provides a practical solution for solvent drying and contaminant removal.
This Molecular Sieve Column includes a 2kg pouch of 4A Molecular Sieve Beads, providing the filtration media needed for moisture capture during solvent processing. The column assembly includes a 3" x 12" stainless steel Tri-Clamp spool, hemispherical reducers, high-pressure Tri-Clamp fittings, Buna-N gaskets with 2500 mesh (5 micron), and MNPT to MJIC adapters.
With a maximum pressure rating of 250 PSI, the USA Lab Molecular Sieve Column is configured for solvent filtration applications where moisture and contaminants need to be removed while maintaining a stainless steel Tri-Clamp process connection.
