Engineered for USA Lab JR5–JR100 jacketed reactors, these precision stir props deliver reliable mixing for extraction, crystallization, winterization, and general laboratory/process applications. Choose from Standard Foldable, Mixing (MP), and Axial impellers with optional Radial secondary blades for enhanced flow and shear control.
Each model is built around a balanced stainless shaft Coated with PTFE (8–15 mm) with optimized blade geometry and diameters matched to vessel size. Extended shaft lengths maintain stability at operating speeds while minimizing vortexing and dead zones for faster, more uniform results.
From benchtop JR5 to production JR100 reactors, the lineup covers common viscosities and process goals — gentle axial circulation, medium-shear blending, or aggressive multi-blade configurations for solids suspension.

How do I size the impeller to my reactor?
Use the JR model match (JR5–JR100) and verify shaft diameter (8–15 mm), shaft length, and impeller diameter against vessel baffles/thermowells. For viscous media, select models with larger blade width or add radial blades.
What do the radial add-on blades do?
Single or dual radial blades increase shear and improve solids suspension, cutting blend times and reducing stratification in taller vessels.
Are these compatible with non-USA Lab reactors?
