The USA Lab 50L Vacuum Filter is a large capacity laboratory vacuum filtration system built from GG-17 high borosilicate glass and high quality SS304 stainless steel. A 50L spherical reaction bottle, oversized 450mm stainless steel funnel, and 45cm filter paper surface give you a large filtration area that moves serious volume, fast.
The whole system is mounted in a durable SS304 stainless steel frame with easy glide casters, so you can roll it to your work area, filter, drain, and wheel it away for cleaning. A 24/40 glass shutoff valve, PTFE gasket, and flange connections keep the system sealed under vacuum and simple to break down.
Available as a standalone unit or as a turnkey package with a 6.5 CFM vacuum pump, vacuum hose, fittings, and a 100 pack of qualitative filter paper, the 50L Vacuum Filter delivers consistent, repeatable filtration at an affordable price, backed by US-based support from our team in Livonia, MI.

Does the 50L Vacuum Filter include a vacuum pump?
The standalone unit does not include a vacuum pump. The turnkey package includes a 6.5 CFM vacuum pump, 10ft of 3/8" vacuum hose, JIC and barb fittings, and a 100 pack of 45cm qualitative filter paper for a complete, ready-to-run setup.
What size filter paper does the 50L Vacuum Filter use?
The system uses 45cm (450mm) qualitative filter paper. USA Lab offers it in 2um slow, 11um medium, and 20um fast micron ratings so you can match the paper to your process. See the filter paper links above to order.
What is the difference between the standalone and turnkey options?
Standalone includes just the 50L vacuum filter unit, ideal if you already own a suitable vacuum pump. Turnkey adds the 6.5 CFM pump, vacuum hose, fittings, and filter paper so everything you need arrives in one order.
