The USA Lab 1/4" Compression Tube Stub Stainless Steel Hose is a durable, flexible hose assembly designed for laboratory and process applications requiring dependable connections. Available in lengths from 12" to 144", this hose combines a PTFE (Teflon) liner with a braided 304 stainless steel exterior for excellent chemical resistance, durability, and operating flexibility.
The hose features a male tube stub connection and a 304 stainless steel swivel for reliable installation and connection to compatible compression fittings. Its PTFE liner provides excellent chemical resistance while the stainless steel braid adds mechanical protection and durability for demanding laboratory environments.
These hoses are rated for temperatures from -65°F (-54°C) to 450°F (230°C) and pressures up to 1000 PSI. The connection does not require Teflon tape to create a seal. For proper installation and removal, always tighten and untighten the hose using two wrenches.
