If glassware arrives broken, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product and we will either send you a brand new piece or send you a refund! Fittings and steel do NOT carry any warranty. Fittings and steel items with a defect or other issue must be identified within 30 days of arrival and USA Lab MUST be contacted. After 30 days, there will be no replacements sent for fittings or steel items with a defect or issue. Cross threading, misuse, improper storage, or improper care of fittings/steel are considered user error and are not covered under warranty.
