The Memmert ICO 105 CO₂ incubator delivers precise, reliable conditions for cell culture, microbiology, and pharmaceutical workflows. Peltier-assisted temperature control, intelligent safety monitoring, and a hygienic stainless chamber keep pH stable and recovery fast after door openings.

Operate from +18 °C to +50 °C with 0.1 °C setting accuracy, manage CO₂ from 0–20% via dual-beam NDIR sensing, and log data or monitor remotely via Ethernet/USB. Passive humidity up to ~93% RH is available with a water dish; the optional K7 module enables active humidity control.

Spacious yet bench-friendly (107 L), ICO 105 supports tissue engineering, diagnostics, and food safety labs that require reproducible growth conditions and audit-ready documentation.

Use distilled/DI water in the humidity dish and run the integrated sterilisation program for best results.

Both share the same chamber and temperature/CO₂ control. The K7 adds active humidity control (40–90% RH or RH-Off) for precise RH setpoints and faster recovery; the standard ICO 105 uses passive humidity (water dish) up to ~93% RH.

How accurate is the CO₂ system?

A dual-beam NDIR sensor regulates 0–20% CO₂ with barometric compensation. Expect ±0.2% variation over time and 0.10% setting increments.

Can I monitor and log data remotely?

Yes. TwinDISPLAY supports logging via USB/Ethernet, email alarms, and multi-device monitoring (up to 32 devices).

Is there an automatic sterilisation routine?

Yes. The cabinet includes an automatic sterilisation program (60 min at 180 °C) with sensors sterilised in place.
