Generant Series Brass CRV Cryogenic Relief Valve | USA Lab

The Generant Series Brass CRV Cryogenic Relief Valve is a spring reference over-pressure protection device designed for cryogenic systems, blocked line safety, and demanding gas service applications. Built with a compact brass body and factory preset relief pressure, this valve delivers reliable pressure protection where field adjustment is not permitted.

The CRV incorporates Generant’s exclusive Dirt Guard feature, which helps improve tolerance to particulate contamination and supports long-term valve reliability. Seat and poppet geometry, combined with optimized spring ranges, provide high flow capacity with minimum pressure accumulation and excellent reseat performance.

Each Generant Series Brass CRV Cryogenic Relief Valve is 100% factory tested for leakage, crack, and reseal performance, then cleaned and packaged for oxygen service. Discharge can be routed to atmosphere or to a downstream connection depending on the selected configuration.

 

 Relief pressure is factory preset and cannot be altered or adjusted in the field.
 Valve selection depends on required set pressure, seal material, and inlet/outlet configuration.
