The Generant Series Brass CRV Cryogenic Relief Valve is a spring-referenced overpressure protection device designed for reliable pressure relief in cryogenic systems. This 1/2" MNPT valve is factory preset to 25 Psig and provides compact, high-flow protection for applications where dependable blocked-line safety is required.

The CRV incorporates Generant’s exclusive “Dirt Guard” poppet feature, which helps the valve tolerate particulate contamination while supporting reliable operation. Optimized seat and poppet geometry combined with spring ranges provide high flow capacity with minimum pressure accumulation and excellent reseat performance.

The valve is cleaned and packaged for oxygen service and supplied factory preset and permanently locked for tamper-proof operation. Relief pressure can be discharged to atmosphere or routed through downstream piping, while optional configurations such as a deflector cap can help direct exhausted gas.

Fittings and steel do NOT carry any warranty. Fittings and steel items with a defect or other issue must be identified within 30 days of arrival and USA Lab MUST be contacted. After 30 days, there will be no replacements sent for fittings or steel items with a defect or issue. Cross threading, misuse, improper storage, or improper care of fittings/steel are considered user error and are not covered under warranty.

Delivery & Damage Claims

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Claims must be filed within 3 business days.
Visible damage? Refuse the delivery and have the driver document it. We will file the claim and ship a replacement.
Concealed damage: contact us within 2 days with photos of the packaging and item. Keep all packing materials.
Freight services (liftgate, residential, inside delivery) are the customer's responsibility to select for their location.

USA Lab branded products are returnable within 30 days of order date with prior authorization. Email us before sending anything back.
Solvents, chemicals, and consumables are not returnable once shipped. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Unused items in original packaging carry a 15% restocking fee. Defective items ship back on us.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, contamination, or modification are not eligible for return.
Glassware damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Warranty

USA Lab products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years, depending on product line.
1 year: chillers, heaters, rotovaps, reactors, vacuum ovens, mixers, and most equipment. 2 years: UVP vacuum pumps. 3 years: scientific freeze dryers.
Wear items (glassware, gaskets, heating elements, sensors) and fittings/steel are not covered. Report defects within 30 days (3 days for glass).
