USA Lab Sintered Filter Disk - 316 Stainless Steel - Various Micron Sizes

The USA Lab Sintered Filter Disk provides finer filtration during extraction and post-extraction processes. The sintered disk is welded between two ferrules and supported by a crisscross bottom plate and welded top ring to create a secure, integrated filtration assembly.

The sintered filtration layer is constructed with a protected 316 stainless steel layer above and below the selected filtration media. Available micron sizes include 0.5µm, 1µm, and 5µm, providing options for different filtration requirements while helping protect and prolong the life of the filter disk.

The USA Lab Sintered Filter Disk is designed for directional flow and has a differential pressure rating of 50 PSI across the sinter. Because the sinter is directional, the support structure must oppose the direction of flow to provide proper support during operation.
